Return Policy

At Lonnie Christopher Art, each print is made to order. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand artwork, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • mistaken orders placed by the customer

  • size, material, or framing selections chosen at checkout

  • slight variations in color or appearance caused by differences in screens or display settings

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the print partner/carrier to investigate and determine the next step.

Approved refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
